Review and revise as needed, existing systems, school policies, and

Procedures based on prevailing educational and labor laws and standards

- Including, but not limited to:

o Finance and accounting systems (e.g. payroll and finance/budget management and monitoring systems, etc.)

o Compensation and benefits system (e.g. job leveling, salary scaling, performance-based rewards/benefits system, etc.)

o Performance management systems (e.g. performance appraisals/ratings, promotion guidelines)

o HR systems – (e.g. Recruitment, placement, employee relations, labor and industrial relations, and guidelines in meting out disciplinary action)

Centralization and consistent implementation of policies, procedures, and
systems across ALDCS

Policies, procedures, and systems are conclusive and final; these cannot be changed, revised, or updated without the concurrence and approvals of the RCA and the ALDCS Superintendent (Definitive)

RCA, superintendent, directors, principals and teachers must be primarily
